I purchased a vehicle from Autobahn USA Dedham about a month ago and couldn't have been any happier. I worked with Peter and let me tell you he was great in all aspects. He took his time explaining everything regarding the vehicle and answered any questions my family and I had. He is extremely professional but also has a humorous side, which made the entire process even better. He was very understanding and helped us find the right car that worked with our budget. Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

They were excellent. They got me right to the car I was looking for and They did not attempt to add any illegitimate fees to increase the price. They got the car ready for me so I could pick it up the next day ready to go. The experience of getting a car from this place went as well as it could have gone. I highly recommend them. On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

I would recommend for service. Very helpful and polite. They keep you updated and informed of what condition tire, brakes etc are in and if they are near end of life.

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.
