Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

I correctly assume the technical competence of the service providers at Germain Honda and you can’t match their friendliness. Because of age and disability, they allowed me to remain in my car for an oil change but denied me the carnival ride with it on the hoist to change the tires. Instead, they picked up and returned the car from my home to provide this service. Their “going the extra mile” in this way has been my experience with them over the years and I an deeply grateful.

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Although I had some issues with the closing a call to the manager and it was resolved within the hour. The salesman was great!

Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

Salesperson Lance had 35 yrs experience as a car salesman and was awesome. I highly recommend getting your next car at this dealership and ask for Lance. My wife and I purchased an RS Blazer with no hassle and very quick. Total transaction was less than 2.5hrs. Will go back if they have another vehicle that I’m interested in.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

Love my sonic. Peppy engine, quite ride. Seats could be a little wider but don't think it was designed for someone my size. Wish they still made them

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Serra Mazda in Brighton was the best shopping experience I have had with a dealership. Justice was a great salesperson. Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. The management was very friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a Mazda.

I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family.
