Took our '23 Audi in for its first AudiCare servicing. We had made an appointment and arrived on time, was greeted by our Service Advisor Ed Costa, who explained what would be done during our visit (oil change and complete examination of the vehicle. We were offered the use of a no-cost loaner car but decided we'd rather wait if possible. The Advisor ensured a technician was available to start on the car and after approximately an hour later, the car was ready to go. The waiting area had a large screen TV to watch, there were magazines available to read -- current issues of a variety of good publications, not like most waiting rooms! There was also fresh coffee, hot chocolate, tea available, and the restrooms are clean. When the car was ready, the Advisor went over the list of things that were done and checked. He and all the other employees we interfaced with were friendly, cordial and professional, something we really appreciate. We look forward to having all our service work done at Audi Middleburg Heights!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

They are always courteous and professional. Jason asst. service manager always explains the costs and what service was done. Everyone from top to bottom represents Ganley Subaru in the highest professional manner.

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

Most honest and easiest to work with dealership I’ve heard of. I recently purchased a used car with the help of salesman Mark and it was a stark contrast to my previous experiences with car dealerships. Mark was extremely accommodating and responsive. I am out of state so Mark facetimed me and took the car to a local mechanic for a prepurchase inspection for me. Mark even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up my vehicle. The financing manager, Anthony, was also great in this process. Highly recommend this dealership, honest guys.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I think Marin did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very quick to reply to my questions I had sent him. He agreed to stay later than normal business hours, due to our arrival time. The truck was pretty tmuch exactly as described, no pressure from him or the other gentlemen that were present. I would definitely buy from him again. As a customer, we need to be the ones to thoroughly check everything on the vehicle. There’s always some sort of risk involved when buying used, and don’t forget that the condition of the vehicles are due to the upkeep or lack of, by the previous owner. Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

I've owned this vehicle 2019-2023 (and counting). I'm 70yrs old and can say this is the best car I've ever owned. Performance, comfort and styling are 5.0. Most in my age group don't understand the Golf R until they get to drive it.

Jimbo. -Updating my Review! Bought my 2005 Xa with 159k miles. - I just crossed 190k! NEVER an Engine Light... Yet. I do use the Basic FIXED OBT2 and Blue Driver OBT2. No Codes on them either. Using Mobile One Syn, Royal Purple... 5w-30w and best filters to match at 7k intervals. Oil is still "honey-colored" after 7k. Good Air filters too. Getting the brakes checked tomorrow. No issues... just a rear brake creaking. That's the only issue I have to this point. STILL... NO OIL USEAGE between oil changes. No Coolant added since Fluid replace at 159k. Averaging 37.2 MPG on 75% Highway Driving. Scion rated 32/37 Originally. I am using Non-Ethanol Fuel however. I love this car! Hitting a deer and getting only a thousand bucks in value does worry me. I love this little Scion Bug... more than my wife!!! -More Reliable!

Service was excellent, but my 2024 A4 is in warranty & I was charged $29.35 digital service fee to reboot the Emergency Contact Signal which was continuously displayed on my car’s dash board. I don’t believe that I should be charged for this repair!!
