We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Great service and great communication. They gave me a rough estimate of what they thought was up and how long it might take. They were accurate and right. I dealt with the three other dealerships in the Moreno / Riverside/ Redlands area before calling and then going to Fritts Ford. Redlands / Ken Grody said they had an appointment in three weeks ... Three Weeks! just to look at it. I double checked that offer with service to make sure I did not misunderstand. Other dealerships close by said they would take three days just to look at it. Then maybe tell me how much longer to fix it. Fritts Ford assessed it the next day and had it fixed in two days .. maybe specific to my issue, but still fantastic ... Not "Maybe we'll get back to you in three days then see how long to fix it" or "We'll see you in three weeks ... A and then we'll get back to you." When I offered to drop it off the day they would look at it they said that would just delay looking at it another 3-4 days. What?! The other dealerships were so disappointing on all fronts. I found a new dealership. Thanks Team Fritts. I'll be back.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Service was completed much quicker than expected. My concerns were noted and one was addressed. The other they did try to recreate but we’re unable to at this visit.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Thanks to Alec Stephenson and the service department team for helping me with my vehicle! I had a flat and needed 4 new tires for my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. After contacting 3 other Honda Dealers with no success Alec responded that Lake Elsinore Honda had the tires but included the alignment and balancing in the final price -all before closing. He even provided a military discount! My vehicle is running smoothly now thanks to him and his team's efforts. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail when 3 other dealers could not. I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Subaru of Riverside. This was after trying out a few other brands and even a few other Subaru dealerships. We first went to Spreen (San Bernardino Subaru) and while I sppreciated their help with the initial test driving phase, things quickly devolved during the sale process. We next went to DCH Subaru of Riverside and met with George and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. I gave DCH the same information I gave to Spreen and Ontario Subaru, but DCH was the only one that listened. I told them my limit in dollars and what I was looking for. I felt listened to and taken care of, and my first new car purchase went much better than I thought it would (especially after getting runarounds from other dealerships). It is now about a week later and I am still over the moon with my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and everyone comes away with something. Because of DCH Subaru of Riverside, I am now a proud owner of an Outback and part of the Subaru team. DCH got me as a customer for life...I plan to buy and service all of my cars from DCH. When I picked up my car the next day, George and Michael and Josh handed off to keep things smooth. I cannot say enough good things about the people and my experience. Do your diligence and check Edmunds and KBB for an idea of what is a fair price so you go in informed, then go to DCH and see what they can do for you. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. I honestly cannot wait for the first oil change to check out their service department (they are supposed to be just as awesome as sales and finance). BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.
