Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

This car saved me today from a car accident. I fell asleep behind the wheel and the alarm system woke me up when I got too close to the car in front of me. I had just enough time to break. I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! We also observed them dealing with other customers in a similar manner.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!
