I was looking for a small SUV. I really liked my salesperson, Julie Bialas. She was knowledgeable, patient, organized, kind, and sincere. I felt that she wanted to help me get the right car for my needs and her motivation was not just to make a sale. She seemed to love the HRV and I did too but in the end I had to choose a smaller car. Perhaps next time I purchase a car I will be comfortable driving something bigger, or maybe Honda will make a smaller SUV. In any case , I will look for Julie to guide me to my next purchase. I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. The interior is comfortable and modern, with plenty of space and great visibility. I especially love the reliability that Honda is known for and the advanced safety features that make me feel confident while driving. It’s the perfect balance of style, comfort, and performance I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient car.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. But, you can do a decent job by yourself if you order spare parts. Is Suzuki back in Canada? They make reliable and less expensive cars. Thanks Suzuki, I ❤️ your cars!
