Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Great job explaining all the new features and even programmed my garage door opener at home. Bought a few Porsche from the Exchange and always first rate experience.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

They are the ultimate driving machine! The GT is no exception. This car is amazing, it performs like the 7 but is priced closer to the 5 series. Comfort, comfort, comfort...my passengers say it feels like riding in a limo and I love the twin turbo and switching into sport mode just to show off. I think the "hatchback" body style is taking the consumer some time to get used to, but I love the easy cargo area access from the rear and although it doesn't have the height in the cargo area that my X5 did, it is wider and longer and closer to the ground, which makes it more convenient to load & unload. I did not initially like the 2-step process of having to lower the seats and then the cargo area barriers but I love the resulting level, huge cargo area, so it's worth it. And the gas mileage is better than my X5 4.8is and the twin turbo has more power--a win-win!

Brought my car in for regular maintenance and Gary made the whole process really smooth. Everything was well organized, and once the service was done, he went over all the details with me. I was impressed with how easy it all was and would definitely recommend this place.

I bought this 2014 Audi S7 one year ago with 116kkm. I don’t do lots of driving so I’m at almost 124kkm. It’s been an interesting ownership experience for me since acquiring the vehicle from a BMW dealership, I have a learned its service history. There has been a lot of work done on the car so perhaps I am lucky to be owning it at this point and hope the worse has already happens and it clea sailing. Previous repair orders that I got from the local Audi store dealt with many items. And Include: the whistling nose that comes from the oil separator, the fuel door actuator, two times, all motor mounts, front and rear control arms et al. I also learned that the car had an ECU and TCU tune using Unitronix software. I contacted the company who did that tune and got a pile of info as It also has upgraded sway bars and wheel spacers. The car was originally ordered new with Audi exclusive paint as Daytona grey pearl which was not available on the S7, but rather only on A7 or the RS7. I contacted the selling dealer and got the 2014 order guide to check out options and pricing at the time it was new. I also contacted Audi Canada corporate and got the build sheet on the car and learned the car was manufactured on May 5, 2014 making it one of the last of the C7’s. With this tcu tune, the car has a 5500 RPM launch and does so like a rocket. I believe it’s pushing a 1-4 mile at 11.5 territory with a 0 to 100 km an hour in the mid-threes although I haven’t tested it. Getting back to repairs done, I have also discovered that all 4 camshaft position sensors on one of the banks has been replaced. The brakes were recently done. On another repair order, I learned that the fuel pump, the one in the gas tank, was also replaced. The selling dealership also took care of two check engine light problems that occurred recently after purchase. This includes a new thermostat, which is very expensive, as well as a post catalytic converter oxygen sensor. Further My service experience includes the recall for the oil strainer, which I was told, was in decent shape and not plugged. The service advisor told me in cases where oil strainer damages, and then damages the actual turbos. My strainer was all intact, and as I said, not plugged . I also purchased pre-paid Audi maintenance package. This package covers three service Intervals, including two majors and one minor. They are to occur at around 120k I’m (major and just done) , 135k km and 150 K km. For these three services it only cost me $1595, prepaid. I also contacted uniTronic directly where they offered to transfer the file/information/account into my name for $150 transfer fee which I had not done as yet. If you think this review has a lot of detail you should see the spreadsheet I have made! OK I’m a bit OCD.

The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. I drive around town most days and love the idea of not using as much gas. I drive older volvo's that I love for many reasons but they are aging and certainly not good on gas. I like the idea of full EV cars but the cost is very high and range for me (I take a lot of 200-300 mile road trips) makes it more complicated along with the expense of charging stations or installing upgraded home chargers. I bought a used Volt with 50k miles and it honestly is a pretty awesome car. I can drive around town almost purely on electric, just plug in at night to a standard outlet. And barring me going on a road trip a tank of gas a month maybe less. (8 gallons to fill up!!!!) I love the heated seats and wheel. The interior layout is great and its a very quiet car. It's quick around town and holds its own on the freeway. Are the seats volvo comfortable? NO, but they aren't bad at all in the leather premier trim. Is the back seat huge not really but if you are less than 6' it should be fine. The bose sound system is GREAT. All the safety features are nice. Back up camera, front and rear sensors, lane keep, adaptive cruise, etc.... It took a week or so to get used to how to drive it in EV and maximize my range. I can now get around 55-60 miles in town. I would say to read the manual for sure, the climate controls are situated to save electricity so there is no A/C on or off button and I had to read up on how it works. I got the hang of it once I took the time to understand what did what. The Chevy Volt forum is a wealth of knowledge as well, and that really made it easy to learn how the car works. Apart from slight learning curve it is an excellent car you can easily run in EV only if it suits your situation. Long trips are no problem I can get 42 mpg on the freeway usually and no down time to charge at stations along the way. This is a great car to bridge the gap between full gas and full electric and given the price to purchase it almost makes sense not to own one. I LOVE IT.

I wanted four doors so I traded my 428 for this 440 gran coupe...it looks great, handles very nicely and with the inline six it really has some giddy up! The six while it of course isn’t quite as fuel efficient as the four, really sounds much more substantial and performs vastly better. I purchased a 2019 as I prefer not to buy brand new, but with 18k on it, the car feels brand new. Only had it a few weeks but I’m loving it!
