My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.

I owned 2006 Matrix and loved that car and so I purchased new 2013 model and hand down the older one to my daughter. Both cars were manual transmission, the ride is little bumpy but I don't care, great economy, great room for stuff like my push mower and very reliable, I don't have to worry about what is going to break next. Unfortunately Toyota stopped making them my 2013 model is the last year.

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

My sales associate Sam was quick, accommodating, and no hint of sleaze. Financing was a breeze with John. Again, never talked down to or felt under pressure. Such a pleasant experience. If all used car guys were like these guys, they'd have a much better reputation!

The driving is immaculate and very fun. I’m not a big car buff but this car made driving very enjoyable. The dashboard features were great and intuitive. The only weak part was the poor sound quality of the speakers.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

What a good experience! Car buying as it should be. I started out this venture by looking at cars online. I filled out the info section and within a few minutes Gable called me. We talked about a few vehicles and I got an idea of what I wanted. The next day my wife and I went to Frontier Motors and met Jake. I was interested in one of 3 Jeeps. After driving all 3 I had my choice. Soon we did all the paperwork and I drove away in my Jeep. They were all good friendly people and made a car buying experience a good time. Not the high pressure or guiding sales techniques. It was real people allowing us to tell them what we wanted and working to put us in the right vehicle. Thank you Jake and Frontier Motors! Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

We had a great experience at Joseph Airport Toyota, in large part due to our salesman, Arvin Ridley! He was the best salesman we have ever had anywhere! No pressure! He knew just the right times to step away and allow time for personal talk between myself and my husband.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

I can not thank Shawn Levi enough. We had an issue with filing a claim for gap insurance, I called and spoke with Shawn he walked me through the whole process I ended up coming into the dealership after getting some bad information from where we got the loan from. Shawn went above and beyond and was able to get everything resolved even though it had nothing to do with him or the dealership. Truly the definition of amazing customer service. I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.
