I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

I had a great experience buying my tesla from highline auto sales, specifically Scott. We were able to talk and text to negotiate a price both for the car I was buying, and the car I was selling. When I came in to test drive the vehicle, the car operated as expected. Once we got to the buying process, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, with all the documents signed, and highline stuck to their word on the price we agreed upon on the phone. It was a flawless experience. Highly recommend them for a used tesla.

I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

My second Tesla, first was a 2020 model Y. Loved the S since day one. No issues on anything except resale value. Tesla has lower the price $20,000 in last two years. But the car is almost perfect! The latest version of FSD is almost perfect as well, much better than version 11 which apparently is what a previous reviewer has. Does require a little getting use to steering yoke because blinker stalk is missing.

After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

Such a great experience getting our second vehicle from this store. Everything from our saleswoman, Reanne, to the gentlemen in the back getting my new MPV looking perfect for my family. Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.
