I was on the hunt for a used truck. Came across a few that I was interested in on the Facebook marketplace that their salesman, Mark Mcnease had posted. Their dealership was three hours away, so I did all of my looking and research through pictures, video and FaceTime with Mark. He test drove the trucks for me, gave me feedback on everything that I wanted to see and hear, and even helped guide me to what he believed was the better choice of vehicles that I was looking for. Best used car experience I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve had over 40 vehicles. We made a fair deal on the car and they delivered it! They had a driver bring it to me from three hours away. The truck was spotless when it arrived and it was everything I hoped for AND more. After driving for a few days, I noticed that the rear wheels were making a screeching noise. I took it to a local dealer to discover that whoever installed the brake pads had put the clips on incorrectly, and they were scraping against the rotors. It cost me $400 to have those brake pads replaced. I called Mark to let him know that whoever did the brakes on the vehicle, installed the clips incorrectly. He informed me that he thought the dealership had replaced those as part of their inspection process, but he needed to confirm that. I got a text message from him a couple of days later that it was their fault and the dealership would be sending me a check for the cost of having to replace those brake pads. The dealership followed through on that! I know I’ve rambled on a bit, but this has been the best dealership I’ve ever done business with, and I think it all needs to be said. I will definitely buy from them again. You can trust that you will get a good vehicle, and trust that they will stand behind their vehicles. I recommend you talk to Mark!

It was, so I headed to Baxley to check it out. When I arrived the Bronco was sitting out front, all washed and ready for a test drive. I decided to make the purchase. I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

Woody Folsom Ford and Baxley Georgia has honored every commitment they made at the time of sale on my F150 Ford pick up truck seven years ago. Their service managers and technicians have been excellent and seven years later. My truck is still driving like a brand new one after they have serviced at under warranty three times. This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?
