The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Adam was very responsive and helpful to work around my schedule to fly in from out of town. These guys are great to work with and want you to be happy with your purchase.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. They even did the license plate, title, tags, etc. all right there - I didn't even have to go to a notary. Thank you Snell - keep up the great work!

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I went in just kind of looking around. I had no idea what I wanted to buy, but knew I definitely wanted to replace my Cobalt. The sales guy showed me around, asked what kind of driving I do, what is most important to me in a car etc. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. I'm sure he gets commission but he told me "Let me show you what we've got. If a car is for you, it's for you. If it's not, it's not." I decided on a Subaru Forester. It's my first time owning one, and I'm really happy with it. No problems at all.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

So happy with the service here. I knew exactly what I wanted and David got me right into the vehicle, test drove it on a Friday and had it home on Monday, with an oil change new inspection and a new sway bar link. We told him of the noise and instead of being brushed off as I have before at other dealers, he listened and had the problem fixed!!

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

My wife and I and our 2 month old baby pulled into Marks lot in a rusted, unsafe, unreliable old car. We fell in love with a little red sonic he had. The management team really went to bat for us. I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I purchased a Subaru Forester from these guys a couple months ago, and I am over the moon with my Forester. There was a slight rattle a couple weeks after I purchased the vehicle and they checked it out and fixed it when I could drop the car off. They were very busy but were very nice about it. I love the car and I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good used car.

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

The experience of buying a car and always be trying a little anxious and not knowing really which way you wanna go. Adam was excellent, answered all my questions pointed out things that I hadn’t thought of and his father was right there with helpful hitch and showing my wife how to use the screen with all the apps on them, which is sometimes confusing. This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

First I like to say my name is Mr Van, and I like to.tell you about my wonderful experience buying my car from Global motors. I found a car I really like and it had a very fare price. I called Global motors to let them know I had interest in this car and wanted to know if the car was mechanically sound. I asked can I have a purchase order because I have a bank check for my desired cost. . They assured me the car was clean and well kept and no major issues where present. I informed them I'm from Maryland and I like to set up the entire transaction before flying to Binghamton NY to take possession. They reassured me that they would be able to accommodate my request and began the process of preparing the paperwork. They FedEx overnight a purchase agreement with no hidden fees or anything. Only the agreed price. So I mailed the the order back next day with my check in tow. A day later they informed me they got the check and paperwork, just give them a few days to prep the car with temp tags. I agreed that's fine I will not be able to fly there till the weekend. So on Friday evening right after work I took a flight to NY and stayed in a hotel room that night 🌙 In the morning I took a uber to the Global motors dealership, it was 10 minutes away. Soon as I got out my uber one of the brothers greeted me Mr Vann? I said yes hello . He said your car is ready for you freshly washed come inside and just sign a few papers. So about 10 minutes later we talked smiled, joked a bit and I thanked them for making this such a fantastic experience buying a car, zero stress. These guys are honest, professional business owners and you can tell they really care about you as there customer, I love how they run it. With all that said I encourage anyone looking to purchase a car to strongly consider shopping with Global motors. I've had many cars in my time but this time has been Magical. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

My husband and I made a 45 mile trip to Vitali to look at a few of their vehicles we saw online. We stopped in and spoke with Nick who directed us to the vehicle we were particularly interested in - Nick was not pushy at all, and was very polite and knowledgeable. I have almost 500,000 on my Silverado. I use it for construction ,I ve replaced everything at least once but I would buy a fleet of these trucks if I could. Chevys only down fall, body under the doors rusting. And the transmission being under sized for towing etc and the brake system. Compared to other trucks it's a gem.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.
