Salesman was excellent, finance was excellent. Its hard to complain when you show up at 4:30 the car is little bit dirty and needs fuel. But they handled it all quite well. This was even on a Iowa Hawkeye football weekend! They have some very nice stuff on the lot, and the showroom too!. I loved looking over the selection of Trucks and especially the New Dodge Challengers! No High pressure gimmicks, just honest people making a living doing what they like to do!

If you have a loved one in a wheelchair this is the perfect van for you. This was purchased for my mother. It was used only a few months. It has been checked out thoroughly and affordably priced compared to what’s out there.

Ricky over at rossco gave me a very comfortable buying experience, he showed me his inventory in my range and even told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for reassurance. My son is very satisfied with my purchase and says it runs great with just oil changes! Before I stopped at Rossco I went to three other dealers. Own a 2006 Liberty,purchase used with 120000 miles on it,kept up with all the recalls,Jeep fix with no problems,the driver side window broke EZ replacement, the 4 wheel drive will get you out of any situation, did all my maintenance every 3000 miles did not used oil,,sold it with 225000 miles on it,still running today

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕

I was given my 03 RAV4 AWD manual transmission back in 2014 from my father in law only had 82k miles on it. He bought it new in 03 before deciding on buying a Tacoma to pull a large camper. I can definitely say to this day it has never left me stranded ever. It has 140k miles on it and still has the original clutch. It’s my daily driver for work and I have a 2015 Camry I drive now on the weekends. Definitely will never get rid of it

The whole process was great and streamlined for me, love my Jeep and would recommend these guys for any purchase! Whenever I need any maintenance done as well they’re on top of it and get me right in.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

While I did not end up purchasing anything from this dealership, I did look into a car and take it for a test drive. The sales rep who helped was named Anthony and he was super polite and professional and made me and my parents feel at ease while we looked into the car. He was also great at following up with text and email to see his my decision process was going and he alerted me to price changes on the vehicle I looked at as well as keeping an eye out for other vehicles that were in my price range.

I bought 2001 honda accord ex in October 2017. It was 50k miles, I put new brakes, 4 Michelin tires, new radiator, coler,battery, front and rear exhaust with mafler, I did this to make the car in very good condition, but front the beginning the car was nice,hadn't any problems. But now it is super super good and only 88k miles.

My husband and I were just browsing through when Joe popped out to see if we needed any assistance. He answered some questions and grabbed some keys for a test drive. Honestly, we didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle on our first day looking but we absolutely loved our experience and Joe was so personable and felt very trustworthy. I love how big and comfy my impala is, it has a bench seat up front and can seat 6. It has excellent power and is trustworthy on long road trips! The car has been very reliable and has only needed minor repairs. It is getting older though…every so often it will make a funny noise and when it gets tired it needs a little extra coaxing to start and stay running. I plan on keeping it until it quits on me.

We gave a list of the things we were looking for and they found exactly what we wanted and got the vehicle for us at a great price.
