Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I brought my car in with concerns that the issues I was experiencing were significant. Thankfully because I do keep up on maintenance and Sierra Chevrolet does such a great job, the issue was not bad. Joe assured me that they would thoroughly check everything, keep me informed and had my car back to me in a timely manner.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

The experience was surprising from beginning to end! I was never pressured to purchase and the buying process was painless as well. They even offered sandwiches! Great experience overall!

I test drove this car and loved it from the time I sat in it. I have back issues and this car accommodates me without issue. I have no complaints and I’ve gotten several compliments on it. It’s been a head turner and one of the better designs of the Honda Accord.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Had an appointment to review my options about my KIA Optima. Was in a very tuff situation with over miles and my credit. Initially tried to get a KIA but ended up going to Volkswagen. We walked into SM BMW only looking to test drive the new 228i. Knowing that we wanted a manual transmission, we knew we'd have to order the car. We planned to play a few dealerships against one another to get the best deal. After talking for a few minutes about what we specifically were looking for, our rep informed us they had a brand new 328i that fit the bill. We looked at it, and even though it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, it was exactly what we really wanted! We made out like bandits on the deal, as BMW's with manual transmissions aren't exactly what the average buying is looking for, but it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The car is loaded up with all the options, and 6 months in we couldn't be happier with it. First service was easy to schedule, they provided a loaner car that was comparable to our car (automatic tho) and it was ready on time. I highly recommend this dealership, Achilles, our advisor, and BMW in general. This is my 5th BMW, but first from this dealership, I'm already planning on #6, and it will be from Santa Monica BMW!

He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.
