Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Richard Lee was my salesperson and he was fantastic from the start - great energy, professional, patient, and upfront. I shopped around (due diligence), but I?m so glad I ended up purchasing here. Honestly, I don?t think I would have bought from this dealership if I had a different salesperson - Rich was that good. Personable, professional, and nothing like the stereotypical ?sketchy/pushy car salesman.? On top of that, the dealership offered competitive pricing and plenty of options. Now, Finance was? just as smooth. Will walked me through everything clearly, explained services and coverage thoroughly, and not once did I feel pressured or misled. The biggest plus: everything we aligned on for OTD before I arrived was exactly what I saw at signing - no surprises. Other pluses: the facility is new and really nice, with modern technology for reviewing paperwork, options, and pricing, which made everything super easy to digest. Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.

My experience with the Classic Honda dealership is great. They gave me a service cost and time before looking at the car. They only took around an hour for repairs. They also went over what they did with my car after completing the service.
