We made a cold call to the dealership and spoke with Eliones. He stayed on the phone for 10-15 minutes patiently describing the available vehicles, their specifications and effective uses. We met him a few days later at the dealership. His patience and courtesy in person continued unabated from our phone call. He drove us to a second location where other cars were available and set up two test drives. We made a deal. Efficient and professional! Mark was knowledgeable and helped us process the paperwork for our Honda Pilot in a short amount of time. We travelled from a long distance to see the vehicle and we weren’t disappointed.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing.
