I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I was on time for my appt., my car was taken right in for service and I was shown where I could wait. The waiting room was clean, had a variety of chairs for one's choice and had a very large TV screen, if you wanted to watch TV. The volume just loud enough to hear, if you were interested, or to read, whatever your choice. I've been to this dealership on many occasions and the serviced has never disappointed. The entire service took exactly one and a half hours to complete, plus wash my car, that's what I call Perfect, no wasted time. I don't even dread having to take my car in for service anymore. I can plan other things around it rather than plan my whole day sitting in a nasty waiting room like I have with my other cars. I can say I'm treated like a valued customer and that's really important to me.

Chino was great! I loved my experience here and all the workers are great! No complaints at all.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Great dealership to work with. Sales staff and Finance made us feel very comfortable. We went back the day after the day we bought our new Honda to bring back the wheel lock key on our trade and was addressed by name.

Prime was a great help. He gave pointers on how to check the life of my tires and made sure that the maintenance on my truck was up to date.

I had a very pleasant experience at the service department. I arrived with no appointment. Victor greeted me with a great attitude in the service bay and got me to Robert Hulsey to arrange the requested service. Robert was friendly, efficient and kept me notified as the service work progressed.

Dependable service. Prompt communication as to service status. Services priced out prior to authorization. Scheduling service is easy; shuttle service is prompt and driver very courteous.

I am only leaving this review because of the extraordinarily exceptional service I received from the service department manager. He stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I could get my car and promptly addressed an issue that arose when I was there. He was patient, kind and his positive mood was refreshing, especially considering the circumstances.

On 10/9/25 I dropped my 2024 Honda CRV off at the Dealership at 7:00 am when they opened. My maintenance light had come on with a message that my vehicle needed scheduled maintenance at 11,500 miles, also my tire light had come on 3 times over the previous weeks, and my husband had checked the pressure, and there was one tire that had a slow leak. Billy checked all 4 of my tires and replaced one and filed a claim with my tire policy. He checked my maintenance light and discovered that when I had my last oil change in August they had not reset my maintenance settings, so he fixed that. My car was ready by 11:00 am and I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. It was a pleasant experiance.
