Gavyn Okeefe is very courteous, kind and patient. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a car and delivered exactly that. He was very polite during our meeting and efficient, he did not waste any time, which we found refreshing as sometimes the sales process can be tedious.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Matthew Tuchman was wonderful! He gave me the lease deal I wanted. I returned my Honda Sport Accord (9400 miles) for a 2025 Honda Accord SE. Matt made me feel at home at DCH & really Delivered Customer Happiness for me. When my remote keys did not work, he told me to call Roadside who arrived in 25 minutes & towed my car to DCH. Matt had my 2 remotes recalibrated & a brand new battery in the car. He then drove the car to my home (another car followed to take him back to DCH) told me what he did & made me very happy. Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. The sales manager, Jayson, and the finance manager who handled our purchase were equally respectful and accommodating. Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

I went to Tarrytown Honda to purchase a used vehicle. I worked with Luis R. and found him to be a upfront and honest gentleman. This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you!
