My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

Bought new 2018 Honda accord hybrid 1. Mpg using paddles 59mpg highway and 109 mpg city must pay attention to your driving left paddle slow down when stop light off sign. When cruising on highway off ramp again use left paddle to slow down. Charging battery works great. 2. Electronic gear control yea you have to get use to using it. It’s futuristic if you can learn new things. 3. Linking with Apple phone is easy and listening to YouTube on long trips is perfect through Bluetooth car speakers sounds great. 4. Michelin Tires that come with car wore out early. Michelin honored warranty replaced with climate 2 tires are the best in wet/snow. 5. If you take care of your Honda like an airplane you never will have problems except for being old like me warring out. 6. Ps always buy extended manufacturers warranty zero ded is very cheap with honda because they don’t brake down. This gives you a higher value when selling later on. I pray this help anyone that buys a honda hybrid accord.

The body design is very classy. I’ve only had to change the tires in 4.5 yrs and am about to fix the brakes at 5 yrs. Not a thing has gone wrong with my Honda! I average at least 30+ mpg in the city and even I punch on the gas! often I get as high as 43mpg on the hwy. The trunk is massive and the interior is very roomy! I like the styling inside. The downsides are some road noise and connecting bluetooth and they could improve on the quality of carpeting. This car is very reliable! It’s been my best car yet and I’ve owned BMW’s and Infinitis. Honda is an Excellent Value for the money!

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. Had this car for a month so still experiencing new things. I love everything about the car but the tech is a bit glitchy specifically the cord and Bluetooth connections. Taking a call in the car is a bit of a pain. Drive nice, good gas mileage, overall good experience.
