I’d like to give a huge thank you to Duane Spencer and Lia Honda Brewster for making my car-buying experience absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable — no high-pressure sales tactics or being bombarded as soon as we pulled in or walked through the doors. It was a refreshing change from past experiences. We had the freedom to look around at our own pace, which really set the tone for the rest of the visit. Duane was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to ensure everything was in order. I truly appreciate that he went above and beyond — even staying late — to make sure we could drive home in our new car that very day. He walked us through every step clearly and made sure all our questions were answered. Overall, this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had, and I highly recommend Duane Spencer and Lia Honda Brewster to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

The sales man treated me like a person and let me drive, look or take apart what they had available. There was no pressure to buy or make the sale, they just wanted to make sure I would be happy with what ever I bought. A few hours later I drove away with a CPO car for my wife.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

The Accord is much better than advertised. The 1.5 liter engine is great on gas and the Turbo provides ample power. I was not sure about the CVT trans but we love it now. 35 MPG around town, 42 on the freeway. A lot to love .

I am a long time client of Honda New Rochelle and its service department. I can recommend a service manager there, Bob Hochberg, for his polite, professional and knowledgeable service that have kept my cars over these years in tip top condition.

Overall my 2022 Honda Accord is a great car. I have the Touring 2.0 with nearly everything. It is comfortable, decent gas mileage and very peppy. I have heard mixed reviews on the 1.5 liter so do your own research before purchase. My few little grips are quite minimal, radio antenna does not get the greatest reception. Better have the windows up before cleaning windows (this may be a gimme, I got spoiled with my last cars water channel). The lane departure warnings are a little finnicky at times but for the most part works good. With slushy roads the front sensor by the license plate will give errors on the dash . have to disable it (it ices over easy). Otherwise a perfect car. I quite literally love it and could not ask for anything more.

This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

Great car. Gas mileage is excellent. Wish interior was a lighter. I would also like to have the safety features a little bit easier to know if activated or not.

just signed the lease for my 2015 honda civic SE yesterday, weather permitting i will be picking it up today. The salesman was very friendly and comfortable to work with. This was the third honda dealer we tried, and the best price provided. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I purchased a used 2020 Honda Accord Sport and love it. 41 to 48 miles per gallon. Runs and rides awesome. Always wanted one and will stick with Hondas going forward.
