I went in because my A 1 service light was on, and then my tire light went on. They took me right away. I didn’t have to wait long. They performed the oil change and checked all my tires. I was very happy. I even got a coupon for a free car wash. I’ve been going to them for 10 years since I bought my car there the service is always excellent.

The Concierge arrived on time at my place and was super friendly. i had few dents on the car and he explained the deductions. they were not much. paper work is really easy as it's all done on an iPad. Got payment really quick. Communication was excellent through out the process. The team on the phone is very friendly, non pushing. Really helped me with great financing options. Overall, I would buy from Shift again because the alternative (dealers with showrooms and the creepy, scammy people that work there) are so bad. I bought my first car through Shift after trying for months to buy a new one from a dealer. The experience was pleasantly smooth and efficient compared to my interactions with the dealerships, but still a little rough around the edges with some incomplete or outright wrong information provided by the sales person, an unhelpful and unfriendly delivery person, and some feet-dragging with follow-up to fix some errors they made in the registration paperwork. But in the end, I got a car that is pretty much exactly as advertised at a reasonable price.

This is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, which is saying something because I previously had 2 different BMWs (which were fun to drive at first but quickly turned to huge headaches). I have a 1.5t Sport and this car is surprisingly fun for the little engine and CVT. In Sport mode, it even sounds way meatier than it should. Highway driving is smooth and serene, and the LKA and adaptive cruise make road trips a pleasure. Gas mileage is also impressive for a larger car - just got back from a 1300 mile road trip and averaged about 35mpg. Still love the look of the car - the sport wheels add a lot to the sport back look of the car. The climate controls do weird things sometimes and I wish there was a trunk release on the trunk, but my gripes are minor. I’ve had oil changes and had to change fuel injectors recently, but it’s never left me stranded (like the Bimmers did!). I’ve put about 35k miles on it and think I will continue to enjoy it for some time. Just a great all around car and amazing value.

My only challenge has been the low profile tires.... they don't do well with Indiana roads. The mpg went all the way up to 38.

I purchased my black on black 2017 Accord EX-L Sedan with Navigation and Sensing Suite in early January 2020. I came from a 2003 Civic EX Sedan which was some serious technology shock for me. After being in a horrible high speed car with a friend in his 2001 Civic LX Sedan and him dying the following it scared me. I wanted larger, heavier and modern safety features with comfort and fuel efficiency. But this is the most comfortable and nicest car that I have ever had the privilege of owning. Nit to mention for a big black sedan, Raven is just sexy.

Stand-outs would be Ethan as a young but very professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He knows his stuff and has a great future in sales - fantastic. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! 2017 LX-S. Last year of the 2-door coupe. Bought it brand new. Ordered it and had it made. Only took 2-3 weeks. Great car! Looks beautiful. Love the styling. Very rich looking. Turned in my end-of-lease BMW and had the Honda salesman pick me up with the LX-S at the BMW dealership. The BMW salesmen were stunned and actually asked if they could sit in it. They said, "THIS is a Honda? Wow. Nice car." Runs flawlessly. Had to replace the battery after 3 years and tires after 4 1/2 years. That's it. Comes standard with: alloy wheels, PS, PB, PW, Cruise, dual A/C control, Bluetooth, USB interface, color back up camera, 185 HP, CVT auto trans, and paddle shifters like the BMW had. Steering is tight and performance is impressive. It will run with the fastest traffic on the interstate without breathing hard. The CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is so smooth. No shift points. Operates flawlessly. A real pleasure to drive. Realistically averages 28-30 MPG around town on regular gas. All in all, a great car. Looks great. Runs great. Worth $20K - $23K on the used car market which is close to what I paid for it. When and if I ever sell it, it will be for another Honda Accord.

I bought the car in New Hampshire with 200,000 miles on it and drove it to Northern Michigan and back with no issues. 1100 miles one way. 33mpg. Not bad for a B-lot car. It's the 2.4 Ex-l model. The leather seats aren't the greatest for long trips. Some may find them comfortable tho. The have seat cover with gel padding that i will buy. The factory Nav is outdated but adequate. I do like the trip computer. The ac compressor sounds like it is on its way out. One of the cooling fans doesn't work. Which is making the ac suffer at a stop. But other than that seems like a good purchase. Nice to have confidence in a vehicle to put some miles behind it. I travel for work so I'll fix some mechanical quirks and test that Honda reliability. It's a new England car so has some rust. Will probably buy a southern one next time. Has hail damage. So not winning any beauty contest. But I like the Gray color.
