I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I took my Toyota highlander for an issue it had. Josh, helped us out and took care of the problem, he was profesional and very helpful. He also Kept us updated through out the process. My husband and i are very happy with the results!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

So after visiting an absolutely horrific dealership in Culpeper Va, I was directed to Auto Fanatics. To save my experience, here was amazing is a vast understatement! The sales manager Harvey was able to find the perfect car for us, took us on an extensive test drive and treated us as if he had known us our whole life. John went over our trade and gave is more then we expected and then AJ got us a better rate AND payment than we thought possible. They even fed us lunch. My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

My Sister and I were having one of the worst days of our lives. We had been car shopping all day, and there were plenty of cars to be seen. There just weren't any "quality" cars in my price range. All the Lots we browsed just didnt seem to take any pride in their cars. They look raggedy. We felt spent, and disappointed. We were about to give up, and drive home, and thats when we saw E-Smart Auto. Finally!!! We found a Dealership that really knows the value of a dollar, and they wanted to prove it. After we parked, the dealer came out and asked "What are you looking for?". We both looked at each other, and said "The cheapest and most dependable car you got.". We expected to be treated like paupers, but the dealer led us to a beautiful "LEXUS"!!!! Oh My GOD!! It WAS Super cheap, beautiful,ran great, and even though they were practically giving it away,.......it was still out of our league. The dealer looked at our disappointment, and realized we had a virtually non existent amount of funds. To our surprise, he looked at us and said "Im going to talk to my management about you." and he left, but before he did he pointed out yet another car we knew looked out of our price range. He said "I'll get the keys.". I got in the car thinking "I really like this car, but it's obviously another car that cant be mine.". I was wrong. That car is sitting in front of my house right now. Do you know why? Its because most dealerships only care about your money, and commission. The Dealers who dealt with us at E Smart Auto cared about my financial situation. After finding out that they weren't going to make any money off the deal, they still went the extra mile to make sure we had a good running, good looking car, and a great buying experience. Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

Dylan was my salesman. He is the best. Dylan knew i covid-19 and he called everyday, even when i was at the hospital he still checked up on me. He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I have a 195000 miles on it. Put a starter in it at 190. I have the push button start. Sometimes it would take 5 or 6 times before it actually start, so it was the starter. The windshield pump went out on it at a 170. Lower ball joints at 190 What really p***** me off was the dry shaft driver's side broke and it left me stranded in the street. And a 192000 miles. Somewhere I'm recall, but apparently for some reason. Mine didn't fall underneath that. I don't know why. This one wasn't built as well. I had a 2000 Honda Accord special edit got 300000 miles on that car. Only thing I changed was the power steering unit. Then roughly around 300000 transmission was skipping a little bit.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!
