This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

The entire transaction went very smoothly. They didn't try to change the deal on arrival. They scheduled the appointment and managed a timely transaction. The car was just as described.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

While my 2014 Accord has but 78000 miles on it, it has been showing its 10+ years of age. Power train is fine, but brakes recently showed alarming tendency to seize (corrosion). More recently, I hear either a wheel bearing or CV joint starting to fail in the front end. Also the original starter motor failed at ~40000 miles requiring its replacement. This was not unique to my Accord. I have owned 3 Accords. This 2014 has been the most troublesome. Has Honda's quality control in general been slipping? This Accord would seem to make me believe it has.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

My son in law purchased it new and I bought it from him one year ago. For the value and reliability, it's a game winner! I have 154,000 miles and planning on keeping it for another 150,000 miles!

The only reason I gave a 4-star rating was that I had to return because an issue was not looked at when the car was at the shop, which was an inconvenience. 3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!
