Bob Thom helped us buy a used vehicle and the service could not have been better. He was straight forward, honest, none of the wheeling and dealing you'd expect from a used car salesman. No haggling involved with the trade in of an old vehicle, we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Most of the vehicles there are trade ins from the Volvo and Honda dealerships owned by the same person, so its not a lot of random old cars there. I sent out requests for a test drive for about a dozen similar vehicles in the Chicagoland area, and this was the first place I heard back from and the most friendly.

This was the easiest and simplest new car transaction of our lives. This is our fifth Mazda but the first one from Autobahn Mazda of Evanston and we will definitely go back there when it's time for another car. Our sales agent Chris Reis did not try to influence which vehicle we chose and let us drive numerous used and new vehicles. The sales manager Jonathan even drove the car to our home the next day when the car was ready. The entire process was low stress and definitely not pushy. We were surprised and very pleased.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Zack and Moe are by far the Best I Ever dealt with!! Zack was professional held the car for a week on a handshake like the old days When a man's word in his handshake was good enough! I will be buying my cars from here from now on and would strongly recommend this dealership! The tire sensors went out on the car 2 weeks after I bought it Zack only had to replace 1 the 1 that was broken. Instead Zach replaced all 4 at no charge this is a good man and this dealership is the best I've ever seen I'll be back Zack!!!!

Great experience! Bypassed my expired warranty and repaired the problem free of charge. I plan to use M’Lady services for future repairs. Not sure what else I can say...
