This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Always a good experience with the service team. Service Rep. Luis Navarette was a great help. Professional and informative. I was having an electrical problem and he scanned my vehicle and located the problem. It was a screen and module that had gone bad. He made sure it was covered under warranty since I purchased a used car. He confirmed it and I paid for nothing. Great job

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. It has been 15 years since I purchased a vehicle! I think this is a great purchase! I like everything about this car! Great on gas, reliable and fast!

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

My only challenge has been the low profile tires.... they don't do well with Indiana roads. The mpg went all the way up to 38.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I was helped by Heaven, she is very nice, friendly and helpful…. Even, after more than a year since I bought my second car with her, every time I go to Galpin Volkswagen and I see Heaven, she always asks me how satisfied I’m with my car purchase and still offers assistance in case I have any questions. Today I took my car for service and I was in a hurry to go to a medical check up, before I left Galpin I talked to Heaven and she offered to check my contract to see if my insurance covered some damages on my car. I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.
