Recently had my car serviced because of an AC issue. I called to make an appointment and was so happy to have been helped by a service representative named Nory. Wow!! Talk about customer service at its finest. To my surprise when I came in that Sat for my appointment at 7am, I was so pleased to be attended by herself once again and meet her in person. Ocean Honda please tell her what a valued employee she is and how well she represents your company. This valued employee was with me every inch of the way communicating to me and keeping me in the loop. She even offered me a "Lift" ride back from my home to pick back up my vehicle. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I had a two year service. Great service writer (Peter Lee). He was very knowledgeable ana polite. Also the service was very prompt. Overall a very good experience.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

I visited multiple Honda dealerships for written quotes, including a Costco Auto Program referral. When I visited New Century Glendale, I did not share the competitive quotes. New Century Sales Manager George Amezcua beat every quote by reasonable margins -- and a huge savings from the Costco referral quote. I purchased the car from George and called Costco to recommend they add New Century to its approved dealer list.

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

We had the most incredible experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Huntington Beach, CA. Barry Luke is the representative that handled getting my wife's new Honda civic LX. I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. From his calm attitude and demeanor, care, and respect for making things quick - we were in and out of the dealership within ONE HOUR and drove off the lot with our new car after our 2020 trade in. The Accord is much better than advertised. The 1.5 liter engine is great on gas and the Turbo provides ample power. I was not sure about the CVT trans but we love it now. 35 MPG around town, 42 on the freeway. A lot to love .

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Buena Park Honda. CJ (Chris Maae) is an exceptional salesman. CJ attended my wife and I with patience, respect, and courtesy. CJ did not pressure us nor mislead us like the other Honda dealer (I'll keep them anonymous). I also want to acknowledge Peter, the sales manager. Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!
