Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

The Accord is much better than advertised. The 1.5 liter engine is great on gas and the Turbo provides ample power. I was not sure about the CVT trans but we love it now. 35 MPG around town, 42 on the freeway. A lot to love .

Shaky experience. Very slow response and lack of communication from my service rep, but the service manager ensured that it was a pleasant experience. All of the employees were pleasant and professional.
