My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Ray Williams is THE man. One email is all it took and he responded right away to accept my offer for a used car on the lot. There was no pressure once I stepped on the lot with the family. We test drove the car to make sure everything checked out and when it did, the same deal we had agreed upon over email was on the table. No games, no stress, no back and forth to a manager, just real results and a easy smooth seamless transaction. The finance manager, John Pomroy, was just as friendly and very helpful. Ended up getting the extended warranty as peace of mind, but there was never any pressure to get it, just that it would be my decision alone. Once I left John's office, Ray was waiting with the car full of gas and detailed. I really appreciate how easy Ray and John made the whole experience go, I felt like they valued me as a customer and I will definitely be back once my kids need a car in their teen years. The facility is excellent and the service advisor was courteous. The service is done in a timely manner and the staff is courteous about loaner vehicles if the need arises.
