It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. Brought my 22 HRV to diagnose a loud rattle, tire rotation, and oil change. Grappone service technicians did a thorough assessment and found the problem quickly. They also ensured everything else was in working order. The repairs and regular maintenance performed were excellent. Communication and customer interaction are delivered with respect and kindness. I have just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Atamian with the help, once again, from Aram. I had a freak accident with the 1st one, I called to check on something and he immediately offered help. When I arrived back at Atamian and saw him, I felt like I was seeing an old friend. After talking about my travel needs, he suggested a vehicle that again turned out perfect for me. I find the staff their great to work with my repair needs. Jeff Post, a service writer, is very attentive to my repair needs and does not sell me on repairs not needed. The techs are very knowledgeable and I appreciate the videos they send of my car showing me what needs to be repaired.
