Purchased the 2026 civic sport driven 150 miles. It does great in gas mileage. The options are pretty basic . Manual underseat adjuster for more or less foot room. The pump action for the seat to rise . The Apple CarPlay has to be hardwired using USB-C orherwise it’s Bluetooth connects wirelessly. Comfortable ride. Smooth .

Ocean Honda’s GM (Tony) is great to deal with, very helpful and approachable. Luis, my sales advisor, went above and beyond to find me the kind of vehicle I was looking for. He was also friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The whole buying process was easy and painless. Great dealership and great staff. Will definitely go back.

The vehicle is a smooth, somewhat sporty ride. If you are used to sports cars already then it will likely not excite you, but it is a pleasant feeling compared to the fullsize sedans I am used to. I am 5'11", and find myself sometimes feeling a bit cramped when I get in or out, but it is not claustrophobic. I think they could stand to lower the price a little, but compared to its fellows in the segment (Corolla and Sentra, which I have sat in and driven), it definitely does feel like more of a luxurious car. I think they could have allowed the LX trim to be a low-mid level trim rather than the base trim, as they could definitely have skimped a bit on some features and still had an excellent car with a more competitive price.

I had the greatest experience at this store, we were introduced to KEVIN TARVIRDI, what a great guy!!! He gave us great advise, and answered all our questions, mechanical, specs, finance, he’s very knowledgeable and experienced. That day we were in a couple of Honda dealers but we didn’t feel the warmth or welcoming, it was so robotic so we walked, at Capitol Honda we felt like royalties!!! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Capitol Honda, and I can't recommend Lam Le highly enough. If you're looking for a non-pressure, transparent, and patient advisor who genuinely looks out for your best interests, Lam is your guy. He helped us out at 8:30 p.m. even though they were about to close. He took his time with us, letting us test drive the car and providing estimates without running our credit. Lam won't pressure you and will truly look out for you, unlike the Toyota dealership across the street, where they cared only about markups, were unwilling to negotiate, and tried to quote us for a Sienna when we specifically asked for a three-row SUV. Our salesperson, Artur at Andreson Honda was a straight up friendly person who showed us the deals but didn?t push anything on us. He guided us through the process and worked with us to make everything as quick and seamless as possible.

Taking advantage of my complimentary preventive maintenance at Auto Nation was easy and efficient. Because I opted to wait for the service, they scheduled an early appointment for me. In little time the job was done while I sipped their complimentary coffee.

I didn't have a full physical shopping experience because I did all my shopping online. I had Pedro assist us and he was great. Answered all my questions without getting annoyed. Extremely welcoming and understanding even though I had all my kids running around. The finance guy JW was rude and ran a lower credit score than what I actually had. We were in a hurry and it was still in the ballpark so I didn't make a fuss. I hated that part of the process because of JW. But Pedro was excellent. Explained everything well. After signing the papers, it took about 40 minutes to get the car. I felt that could have been faster.

We had 8 a.m appt for a recall service. Took a while to find someone in the service area and for someone to come to my car. That has not happened before. My previous service tech was no longer there. Told it would only be around 4 hrs and car would be washed, but other problems were detected which we took under advisement and car was ready for pick up around 1:30. I advised we were on our way but again our service tech was not at his desk and he had someone else check us out and get the car. It was still dirty when they brought it out even though the guy told us that it had been washed but he would do it again. Not going to wait any longer. The process of video taping while they work on a car is great but once my maintenance contract ran out, I could not afford to have dealer do repairs.

Ethan was a great help getting our family into a new Pilot. He was friendly and professional, and, as promised, matched offers we received from other area dealers. When the finance office gave us a lower trade-in offer than Carmax, Ethan helped us drive across the street to Carmax to finish the deal. Great guy, great service.

Brought my Honda Civic Hybrid for its first service maintenance, approximately four months of car purchase. All was covered except for car rotation. No need to replace wiper blades. While I was quoted a two hour wait but turned out to be four hours, appreciate the statusing texts.
