After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Brian was great. He answered on his day off and contacted his manager Dan to get a quick response on a final price. Cat finalized the deal with us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took her time with us, even though we were past closing time. She gave us a full orientation of the car and dealership and sent us helpful resources. I was hesitant to go to White Allen because of distance from us, but am so glad we did. This is my 6th Accord, bought from 3 different dealers, and White Allen was the best by far. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

The new civic rides rough and even rougher in sport mode a lot of road noise but very stylish looking exterior, sound system a little weak. Wish it came with a leather interior, cloth gets dirty quick

I worked with Cody N and Tiana. The dropdown menu won't let me choose them, however it is important to note as I think they are quite the dream team. From choosing which tires to purchase, until the time I left the door; my service was exceptional. It was truly a personalized experience. Once I turned my keys over, I was brought to a cozy and clean area to wait for my vehicle. There was plenty of places to sit, along with WIFI and power outlets. The team also provides a shuttle for local travel so you don't have to miss out on errands, or if you would rather wait at home. My truck was returned to me all washed up, and in excellent condition.

i purchased a 2022 Honda civic sport touring hatchback in the beautiful sonic gray pearl. it is everything the professional car experts said it was and more. it rides great with crisp handling and the power from the 1.5 liter turbo is so much fun. i love the styling and the Led lights are very bright and safe. I'm getting 31 mpg in the city and 37 on hwy. I love the Honda brand and i love my civic. great job Honda.

Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years! Each person I interacted with was informative, courteous, and non-pressure. It started with a contact with the online sales person, whom I met in person at the time of pick-up. Adolfo was a true gentleman and took the time to investigate every question for me before making the nearly 4 hour drive. He provided pictures and a summary of their standard inspection report details to back it up. Though the Sienna van was higher mileage, it was a recent trade-in and impeccably maintained. By supplementing the CarFax details, I was convinced this van should be safe and reliable for many more miles. Ultimately, we got a great pricing, too -- probably in part because many folks avoid higher mileage vehicles. Signing the paperwork with Adolfo was straigtforward, clear, and efficient, and then I finished up with a few more signatures with the finance office, which was also quick particularly because we didn't need financing. Honda of Ames provides the buyer a flash drive with all completed paperwork so I don't need to scan these for recordkeeping later. Such a nice touch! Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting area and a nice indoor kids play area so my little ones were constructively occupied. In all, we were at the dealership probably about 90 minutes including test drive. I've been at dealerships for literally a half a day before! So, even though it's 4 hours from us, I'll be tempted to make Honda of Ames my go to source for car buying. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The minute I walked in there was a salesman named Mateo who was ready to sell me a car. I had been to several dealerships and was blatantly ignored. Not here! I was given the best options to make my decision. I will never buy anything other than a Honda from Martin Honda, of course.

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. In February 2010, on my way to work, my 2001 Subaru Outback broke down. I had a tow truck haul it and me to #1 Cochran Subaru in Monroeville. Once the mechanic checked it over, I was told that it would cost a lot of money to have it repaired. I had a choice to make. I loved my "Crocodile Dundee" Subaru Outback and didnt want to let it go!!! After talking with my sister-in-law, a friend, and the Service Technicians, I made the decision to buy a new car. The Service Technicians were so nice. I couldn't stop crying, so they bought me lunch and checked in on me throughout the day to make sure that I was doing okay. That's how I came to own a 2010 Subaru Forester. Two Saturdays ago my check engine light, cruise control light, and another light came on. I raced to #1 Cochran Subaru and the Service Technician, Cheyne Brooks, checked it out and said it was okay until he could get me in and have a loaner car ready for me. Yesterday, Monday, October 25, 2022, was the day for me to take my car in to get it checked out. Before I left in my loaner car, a 2022 Forester, I went in to talk to a sales person that I had met months ago, Jamie Bergamasco. I met Jamie when I had stopped in to see if I could get a look at the new Outback Wilderness. I did get to see one and the price tag!!! Jamie remembered me and my name from that day many months ago. I had decided to be proactive regarding my car, rather than reactive. We sat down and talked for awhile. I explained what I needed and why. He listened to me and took a lot of notes. About an hour later, Cheyne called to tell me what was wrong with my car. I listened to him, but I didn't hear what he was saying. What I heard was that it was going to cost me $820.00 then and then a couple of months later I would have to pay around $920.00 for the 150,000 mile maintenance service. After many conversations with my sister-in-law, talking through my options, I decided that the best course of action was to buy a new car. I went back to talk with Jamie regarding my decision. He took the rest of the day helping me to find the right used car for my needs. Jamie made a very stressful process for me less stressful, for which I will always be grateful. I ended up buying a 2018 Quartz Blue Pearl Subaru Forester. I want to thank Cheyne Brooks, a master Service Technician, for all of his assistance on Monday and for all the previous years (and all the coming years). Cheyne, you are the best!!! I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!
