My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Jeff and his son Cole are fantastic to deal with. Their prices are hard to beat in metro Atlanta. Not your average small car lot type either! He actually hand picks these cars so they are reliable for the consumer! He offers a warranty as well on most all purchases. You don’t find that anywhere these days for a family run dealer. We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Bought a 2016 349i xdrive today. This car runs great. The price was was very fair and the xustomer service was immaculate. There was no pressure. The transaction was very smooth. They offer sedifferent options for financing too. The place isn't physically the most beautiful place, but please don't judge a book by its cover. With their vehicle knowledge , excellent, customer service , and for prices they beat out those big dealerships 3 fold. I am a happy camper

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change. I admit I am getting up in age. When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. Thanks Terrence, you are my go to whenever I come to Conyers Honda. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.
