Where do I even start. I'm so thankful for Araceli!!!!! I can't explain how pleased and happy I am with my purchase. I have had the worst experience with money hungry car dealerships and being here was a breath of fresh air I would come back over and over for the quality of the experience and information they were able to provide. they worked with my situation and gave me options and were not pushy! I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I don’t often write reviews …but felt that my recent experience at Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad deserved a shout out. Service Advisor, Jim Malandra, took a frustrating issue with my blue tooth phone connection and went above and beyond researching a solution and orchestrating the fix.  He also followed up several days later to ensure the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied.  Jim’s attention to detail and amazing follow-up are a rare thing these days.  Honda is very fortunate to have such a professional yet caring and personable employee.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

The response time was really fast, I had received an email back within an hour. I was actually surprised how quick they had contacted me about my inquiry and I would recommend them to a friend

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

After looking on CarGurus, we saw they had a couple of Acura's at a very good deal. We had the opportunity to work with AJ, who help us out with seeing both, answering all our questions and test driving. After we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, we then talked with Pouria who help us get the best deal and even letting us trade in our extremely used older Acura for much more than we expected! We got through the deal and brought it home. After driving a few days, we noticed a noise with one of the wheels. After calling in they transferred us over to Carlos in the service department who asked us to bring it in and took care of the issue within 24hrs. I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

The new civic rides rough and even rougher in sport mode a lot of road noise but very stylish looking exterior, sound system a little weak. Wish it came with a leather interior, cloth gets dirty quick

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Mark was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not give me the "car salesman" feeling. He listens and pays attention to your remarks. I was very satisfied with the buying experience. Hertz gives great deals on those used cars, I did not even negotiate. The facility is comfortable but looks like a trailer with AC that does not need to be blasting! While the finance guy (bought my car cash) was very nice and courteous, the buying process could be shorter. Although this is not due to Hertz's financial service, but to the number of documents we have to sign. I have to point out that it was much faster at Hertz than at my previous dealership. So to conclude, go there, buy it, and drive home.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I was shopping for a new used car and saw they had a few cars I would like. Stopped by to look on their lot. They have some nice cars... I could tell they take pride in their cars.. saw a silver bmw convertible that looked great. I loved the no pressure attitude. Prices seemed fair especially after the salesman told me all repairs and maintenance had already been done. He showed me the back and I saw a bunch of guys working on cars. I had my own financing, and they had me out of there in less than 1 hour. It's been about 2 months now, and I still love my BMW.. thanks Boo. You have a customer for life.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

We purchased a 2017 Kia Soul in November 2019 and were really impressed with the overall process. We first saw the car online and called in to see if it was available. The salesperson who helped us, Sylvia, helped us get the car to that specific store(it was at a different Hertz Used Cars location), was very responsive and helpful, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout. The building the dealership is in could be in better shape, but the price we paid was great and the whole process was quick and easy.

I've had Hondas since late seventies and they've gotten better every car. My latest is the 2022 civic sport touring. The features and comfort and performance are outstanding. Highly recommend this car. My best one yet.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
