I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. From his calm attitude and demeanor, care, and respect for making things quick - we were in and out of the dealership within ONE HOUR and drove off the lot with our new car after our 2020 trade in. He made sure not to waste our time. Again, I can't recommend him and the team over there enough. He is a rare gem in an industry that is oversaturated with false information, pushiness/aggression, and sales tactics. GO HERE!!! And ask for BARRY! And REYMOND!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

Great experience with our salesman, Zae. He was really kind and honest. Buying a car is such a drawn out process and Autonation is no exception but Zae made it more tolerable. Erick Garcia in finance was awesome too. Though Zae and Erick were great, the showroom music volume was at an unacceptably high level, creating an overstimulating and uncomfortable environment that interfered with clear communication and thoughtful decision making required for a major financial decision. It was stressful with the music blaring and made me want to leave faster rather than calmly wait through the drawn out process.

I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Great car; turbo 1.5 liter, very peppy. Had one issue with my info screen which was satisfactorily resolved. In eco mode, getting 34 mpg. Like the exterior styling very much, and would buy another Civic. Have had two Honda Accords in the past.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! Have had this car for almost 2 years now. I love my little Honda Civic. I love the styling on the exterior, however I feel like the interior styling is a tad "out-of-date," even for 2018. I love the sparkle of the paint that my dark blue Honda Civic has, and it has held up very well. The interior, however, feels a little cheap and there are quite a few rattles that are annoying. I ended up replacing the radio because I was tired of the stock head unit that just wasn't very functional. The engine and transmission have been very dependable. The AC has broken on my vehicle 4 times so far, with only 85k miles on my vehicle. I have ran into several other issues that were quite minor, one of them being the gauge cluster quite literally turned off while driving and I couldn't see how fast I was going. However, the car rides very well, albeit there is a bit of road noise, and the seats are okay. It's an economy commuter car, and you can't really expect a whole lot of luxurious comfort from that. The transmission can be a little jumpy, which is to be expected as it is a CVT, but I don't mind it as I get really good gas mileage, and the car is quite peppy and you'll have no issues getting up to speed on the highway, which it is hard to find both of those characteristics in a compact economy vehicle. The base model, LX, of this model year is very lacking when it comes to safety features, so I would recommend at least going for the EX or EX-L. My parents and I have been Honda people for quite a long time, and we can say that even though Honda is still reliable, their reliability isn't quite what it used to be. However, their reliability within the past 2 or 3 years has improved from what it was in 2016-2018.

I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

This place is amazing! I first contacted another Subaru, and the receptionist listened and said a service rep would call me. We kept getting a warning light, which had us pulling off the freeway each time, and waiting until the light went off. Not particularly safe! After no response, I called Orange Coast, talked directly to the service manager who told me to come in, even without an appt, as the car needed attention. Steve Anderson figured out the problem, fit us in, and even found that the problem was covered under warranty. As I waited in their comfortable and welcoming customer lounge, I listened to the other customers talking to their service reps. It was evident that the different reps were universally well liked, and all the customers were really pleased with the work that was being done on their cars. As an out of town visitor stuck with car trouble, I am totally grateful that my car is fixed and safe for my long trip home. If I lived closer, this would be my trusted, go to service dealer! I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.
