Review for service. Reliable, good communications through their messaging app. Wish service advisors could be a touch warmer and authentic with customers. Bonus would be more promotions for regular customers, but even without that, overall good place to get car serviced.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

I called made appointment with this dealership and the experience was great all around. From the time I walked in Jordan assisted me by explaining everything they will be doing and checking based on the maintenance reminder on my dash board. The location has a very nice waiting area nice chair and desk with free wifi for me to log in and work while they working on my car. It was done on time as promised. Jordan advised me what was done and what needs to be done in the future with no pressure. The best part of all after done , he took extra time to show me how to use my cell phone via blue tooth and how to navigate and adjusting my driver sit to the distance I need using the future my Acura offers. Thank you Jordan and the Acura Oakland crew for the good service.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

We have two 2020 Civics, one is a Hatchback Sport, the other is a Coupe EX, both with the 1.5t/CVT. Combined mileage, 68,000 mi. MPG On the Coupe 39.6MPG with 50/50 city/rural. On the Hatch, 31MPG with 90% city (SoCal). Zero issues on the Coupe. One A/C (warranty) fail on the Hatch. Nothing else. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED!

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!!  Be sure to ask for Naseem, Amir and Shah...these guys will surely take care of you!! Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Honda Civic is very well known for there reliability reputation and resale value. These are definitely a fantastic car. I, don't have any problems with mine. I, purchased this car new, and I have been taking care of it to my best.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.
