Acura of Brookfield's service department does a great job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. As they work on your car they continue to update you until the work has been completed. While you are waiting they have snacks, coffee and other drinks hot and cold available. Their wating area is very nice.

I was in a desperate need of a new car because of unexpected exorbitant estimates in order to fix my old (literally) car. He has checked to make sure things were going fine snd even helped with getting a privacy screen for the back when I realized there wasn’t one. I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

This was my first experience at a dealership, but I did extensive research beforehand, and had an idea of what to expect. My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

Excellent service department, John was awesome. Not only did I get a ride back home he contacts uber to pick me up to pick up my car because the shuttle was behind. I never have that kind of service at Mercedes benz 108th with my Mercedes needing service. I also liked the updates via text with videos, this place is great.

I recently had my car serviced and I have to say I was very please. John helped me, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. When I came in he went around my car to get a good look, and after my service was finished, he walked me to my car to make sure all the parts I came with I left with. I was very pleased since the last few visits I had a few issues. I was in and out faster than I thought.
