The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

Balise not only gets you the car you want they will help trouble shoot. On a monday after work I wasn't able to get into my car thinking it was the fob. I got the spare fob and nothing happened. I called Balise spoke to someone after asking questions they said the battery died. I called roadside assistance that didn't work. I called back and got Jesse on the phone he was able to walk me through to get into the car and then how to reset the battery. I was so thankful as he stayed after closing to help me! A friend of mine that was with me has the same car and it was a learning experience in case that happens to her as well. Thank you Jesse a great team at Balise!

Repairs are the last thing you think about when purchasing a new or used car. However, when needed, there is nothing more important. Suburban Subaru understands this. Recently, we needed to replace a rear sensor. They were not available...period. My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.
