We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. Like almost 11 years ago, when I bought my last CRV from Crown Honda, it was a very pleasant experience. The deal was negotiated and done entirely by email and text, no haggling, no pressure. I got a very fair price for my trade-in, the extras I had ordered were already installed when I arrived and Frenk Shehaj gave me a tour of my new 2026 CRV. He even transferred my front plate to my new car. I am very pleased with how Frenk handled everything, it was a very positive experience.
