Great service department. Matt the mgr went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Joel the service advice was very nice, call me twice just to update me. Price was fair.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I personally had a great experience at Hatfield. No haggling over small stuff, no arguing or fighting over numbers. I highly recommend Hatfield.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Unbiased review: As a first time car buyer I couldn't be happier with my experience here! Seriously, I went to multiple other dealerships and this was hands down the best place in terms of customer service (from every single person I interacted with) and selection of cars I would actually buy. Let me tell you about the best car salesperson I've ever met. Max went above and beyond my expectations. He made me feel so at ease and was more patient than I could have hoped for. His absolutely positive, relaxed demeanor is great! What also stood out is that he listened to my needs instead of trying to push anything on me. I'm so thankful that it was Max who approached me. He even stayed 2 hours after his shift should have ended to walk me around the car, set up my phone, and congratulate me. 10/10 Both sales managers Garret and Cooper also helped create a phenomenal experience and the kicker was the Finance Manager, Nareg. He's super sharp while being great at connecting and explaining complicated things in an uncomplicated way. I was so delighted that Joseph King was available to write my service order today. He is always thoughtful, courteous and knowledgable. So often people tend to dismiss a woman's questions but that never happens with Mr. King. It turned out I did need new front brakes and they were installed while I waited. Your service waiting area is so clean and neat that I don't mind waiting for my car. Joseph King and Metro Honda make a good team providing excellent customer service.

It was a pleasure working with Leo even though we couldn't come up with a deal his professionalism was top notch, and he didn't try to force any add-ons to the price of the vehicle and gave me the exact out the door price.
