I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Antonio M is an all star service manager! I come to Penske Honda for all of my service needs- so when I recently traded in my old vehicle for a newer Honda those service records on the Carfax were gold for proving consistent reliable maintenance to get top $ on the trade- and I did! I just came in to do my first oil change since trading. Antonio noticed I traded from my records (I literally traded a ridgeline black edition for a ridgeline black edition so people usually don’t notice I traded). His team did a thorough inspection for leaks and and even sent me a video of the undercarriage and parts I can’t see without me even asking, which is so awesome to have as a baseline/ for future reference as I wear and tear on the vehicle over time. We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

I will start by saying I’ve been to many dealerships to get my Honda serviced, which in the majority were disappointments! But when I came here I had nothing but the best service! Cezar Melena went above and beyond the call off duty! Taking the time to explain questions even if they were very common questions, I felt comfortable and with confidence.
