While maintenance took much longer than expected, Dan provided excellent customer service. He walked over to me in the waiting room, rather than just call out my name and wait for me to come to his desk. Dan also kept me up to date on the progress of my car. The dealership itself is newly renovated, comfortable and clean.

I bought the EXL and I'm loving it. Traded a 2025 Tucson hybrid, and I don't regret it. The interior quality is really good, it drives smoothly and I find the seats more comfortable than the Tucson hybrid. So far, I've had zero problems with CarPlay/infotainment system. I miss the satellite radio built into the car but the Sirius app on my phone works pretty well. Affordable to fill up w/gas as well. It has memory seats, moon roof, digital gauge cluster screen, blind spot monitoring, which is helpful as well as some other safety features. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that acceleration from a stop is a bit slower than a hybrid. Once you get going , the turbo works great though. Handles curves and hills quite well. However, I'm also not worried 24/7 about the temperature outside and how it will affect the batteries on a hybrid or if I don't drive the car for a few days, I know the gas version is going to start. I'm not concerned about the car losing power a few years down the line, because the batteries may need a replacement and how much that could cost. Peace of mind is a very comforting factor. So far, I love my new Honda CRV.

I Just want to give a huge shout out to The service center! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they go out of there way to make you feel like you matter and that’s pretty rare these days. Everyone is great but I highly recommend Justin Goodreau he’s extremely knowledgeable, and he’s always going the extra mile to make you have great experience!

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

Love Honda crv but gas mileage is not as good as my past Crv's. Noisy while driving and I would like to see a new grill design. Reliability is fantastic, this is my 4th CRV.

I was on a hunt for a car for my daughter who just got her license. After a very long day at several different car dealerships I finally landed where I should have started!! Right off the jump they were good in my book. I was able to walk the lot and look with my sister in law and was not harassed, yet greeted by the winder man named Erick. He introduced himself answered a few questions then let us be!!! Once I found what I liked I spoke with Erick about options and things- i came back the next day to meet Dan, cause Erick was off, and Dan provided me with absolute superb customer service. I am a manager myself in my career like Dan, he was super busy, being pulled in every direction, but he handled everything with class and never seemed overwhelmed or made anyone wait. Dan tha. Introduced me to George who helped me along with the process. Overall this place actually made me hate car dealerships a lot less. Thanks to Erick, Dan, George and even Mike!! Thank you all for a great experience. My daughter is over the moon with her new car and I can sit easy knowing she is in a safe and reliable car. This place, and those men are the best!! I work in the medical field, I deal with all types of attitudes throughout the day so when I tell you customer service is very important to me, it really is. The customer service I received from Temuri, AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He made sure I was good the entire time I was there. My phone was dying so he gave me a charger, so I was able to stay in touch with my family when they needed me. He checked my tires and informed me; they had too much air in them and corrected the issue before I had one. He went out of his way and reprogrammed my radio. Although my service time was there for 3 hours, after interacting with him, it was worth it. Temuri keep up the good work and hope to see you the next time I'm there!

Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Bought the car right off the showroom floor! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and could not ask for more! TY Piazza Honda AND Nancy!
