Good car.The ride is smooth and the exterior looks nice. The price is affordable.The interior space is good to occupy things needed to to put in.

Our salesman was knowlegeable, professional and courteous. If we asked a question and he didn't know the answer, he found out for us. His name is Marcelo Camacho. Great experience. When we went to get the financing done, I was told that they never had anyone with such a high credit rating and yet the finance rate was very high. That was disappointing.

I unfortunately had a replace a 2022 CRV that was totaled with 2026 CRV EX that I love too so far. There is the same Honda quality with some improvements over the 2022 (like a wireless phone charger and more room). All around great vehicle that is a joy to drive! The only thing I miss about the 2022 is the classy wood paneling.

I decided on Honda Civic Coupe. I had spoken to Stephanie and I told her that I wanted her to help with the style and purchase of the auto. This was a simple process and I am very happy with the Sport in Rallye Red. She is very professional as I also found everyone at Liberty Honda to be.

I bought the EXL and I'm loving it. Traded a 2025 Tucson hybrid, and I don't regret it. The interior quality is really good, it drives smoothly and I find the seats more comfortable than the Tucson hybrid. So far, I've had zero problems with CarPlay/infotainment system. I miss the satellite radio built into the car but the Sirius app on my phone works pretty well. Affordable to fill up w/gas as well. It has memory seats, moon roof, digital gauge cluster screen, blind spot monitoring, which is helpful as well as some other safety features. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that acceleration from a stop is a bit slower than a hybrid. Once you get going , the turbo works great though. Handles curves and hills quite well. However, I'm also not worried 24/7 about the temperature outside and how it will affect the batteries on a hybrid or if I don't drive the car for a few days, I know the gas version is going to start. I'm not concerned about the car losing power a few years down the line, because the batteries may need a replacement and how much that could cost. Peace of mind is a very comforting factor. So far, I love my new Honda CRV.

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

A routine oil change on a 2022 Accord Hybrid. I thought I had a 2pm appointment. It was a 1:30 appointment. They fit me in. While waiting for my car they told me I had a nail in my tire. I've had that leak for nine months. I thought it was a bad rim! The salesman that sold me the car two years ago, walk by and called me by name. How could they remember?? Fine dealership. I highly recommend.

Anthony, Carl and Joe were so caring, making sure my daughters car is fixed and safe for her to drive. The care and concern for my daughter safety was of the utmost importance to me….. but was even so important to the guys that helped us. They cared about my daughter as if she was one of their own daughters!!! So sweet and kindhearted. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing group of guys to help us. Unfortunately, as a woman- I am constantly ripped off on car repairs and it’s so frustrating…. I know in my heart that Liberty Honda cares and would never rip me off or take advantage of our unfortunate situation, needing car repair. We were delighted that Joanne Panzo was able to locate the specific Honda Civic we were interested in leasing. We had a concern about our windsheild wipers and the service department examined the wipers and then explained the design of the wipers that impacted how the windshield was cleaned. We are not fans of this feature. We are excited to learn that Honda now has a hybrid Civic available.
