I unfortunately had a replace a 2022 CRV that was totaled with 2026 CRV EX that I love too so far. There is the same Honda quality with some improvements over the 2022 (like a wireless phone charger and more room). All around great vehicle that is a joy to drive! The only thing I miss about the 2022 is the classy wood paneling.

Had a slight bump in the road with the trade in appraiser who was a bit aloof but we eventually worked it out. I just don?t understand why the process takes so long. I bought the EXL and I'm loving it. Traded a 2025 Tucson hybrid, and I don't regret it. The interior quality is really good, it drives smoothly and I find the seats more comfortable than the Tucson hybrid. So far, I've had zero problems with CarPlay/infotainment system. I miss the satellite radio built into the car but the Sirius app on my phone works pretty well. Affordable to fill up w/gas as well. It has memory seats, moon roof, digital gauge cluster screen, blind spot monitoring, which is helpful as well as some other safety features. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that acceleration from a stop is a bit slower than a hybrid. Once you get going , the turbo works great though. Handles curves and hills quite well. However, I'm also not worried 24/7 about the temperature outside and how it will affect the batteries on a hybrid or if I don't drive the car for a few days, I know the gas version is going to start. I'm not concerned about the car losing power a few years down the line, because the batteries may need a replacement and how much that could cost. Peace of mind is a very comforting factor. So far, I love my new Honda CRV.

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

The salesman was professional, patient and very helpful in me finding my vehicle. He was not pushy but very understanding especially regarding pricing , and making sure my monthly car payment was not stressful for me ,

Bought a civic. Emad was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The price was good based on market averages. Negotiation part was fine but what negotiation is really fun. Chelsey in the finance department was the most helpful and cheerful F&I manager I’ve met from buying cars for years. Store is clean, small lot, but busy road for test drive. Only issue for the general manger, invest in a real coffee unit—other Honda stores in the area have great coffee selections, would have love me a flat white

Great job! Service was great. Repairs completed exactly as promised. I was surprised that the vehicle was not vacuumed out and washed as it has been in the past.

Straight forward negotiations, no games. Friendly sales staff. At delivery, would’ve preferred to inspect car indoors as it was nighttime and it was hard to see. But there were no issues.
