I was in the market for a used car for my daughter, a new driver. We went to look at a used Honda, but also noted a great looking, newer Ford that had a lot of the safety features I was looking for. Even though Honda is his brand, Gabriel recognized that this car was the better value for her, and took us on a test drive. He was great to work with, the pricing was very fair, and he even drove the car all the way down to the Ford dealer in CT so that we could have the car inspected...which was appreciated. My daughter is very happy with the car and loves driving it. I would definitely return to buy another used or new car from this dealership. Ask for Gabriel.

I unfortunately had a replace a 2022 CRV that was totaled with 2026 CRV EX that I love too so far. There is the same Honda quality with some improvements over the 2022 (like a wireless phone charger and more room). All around great vehicle that is a joy to drive! The only thing I miss about the 2022 is the classy wood paneling.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I bought the EXL and I'm loving it. Traded a 2025 Tucson hybrid, and I don't regret it. The interior quality is really good, it drives smoothly and I find the seats more comfortable than the Tucson hybrid. So far, I've had zero problems with CarPlay/infotainment system. I miss the satellite radio built into the car but the Sirius app on my phone works pretty well. Affordable to fill up w/gas as well. It has memory seats, moon roof, digital gauge cluster screen, blind spot monitoring, which is helpful as well as some other safety features. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that acceleration from a stop is a bit slower than a hybrid. Once you get going , the turbo works great though. Handles curves and hills quite well. However, I'm also not worried 24/7 about the temperature outside and how it will affect the batteries on a hybrid or if I don't drive the car for a few days, I know the gas version is going to start. I'm not concerned about the car losing power a few years down the line, because the batteries may need a replacement and how much that could cost. Peace of mind is a very comforting factor. So far, I love my new Honda CRV.

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.
