We just had our 2025 Forester for service and have always been happy with the Service Department at Driveway Subaru. I can say the same for the service on our Ascent.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Always good service and timely . Scheduling never an issue , always able to work with my appointment time. Waiting room comfortable and accommodating. Always will return for service .

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

All in all a wonderful experience. Would recommend Jim Carter as a salesman and South Park Mitsubishi as a dealership. My sister and brother in law bought an Outlander in 2024 and I knew right away, this was the vehicle for me.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Contacted the dealer for a test drive of the Tesla and they told me 1 PM would work. When I showed up, the car had not been detailed (it had just been traded in a day ago) and was dirty on the inside. I wish they would have told me that it hadn't detailed and let me decide whether to wait until it had been detailed. Took it on the test drive and the salesman helped me figure out how to do things like adjust the side view mirrors (never drove a Tesla before). A decent experience, but since they don't emphasize Teslas, they couldn't answer all of my questions.

I Love everything about my 2018 CRV EXCEPT the road noise!!!! A problem that is shared amongst many CRV owners that I have talked too.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Took vehicle in for service wirh several questions. Brian waa very helpful and service completed timely.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

AMAZING! 10/10 experience. All the people who work at this dealership are so kind, witty, and knowledgeable. Specifically, Brandon and Jim were angels. They made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We laughed A LOT and felt like these guys were our friends - which is something you want from someone who you are giving your hard earned money to! These guys got to know me, know my preferences, and went above and beyond to make me happy. This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I'm not a high tech kind of guy. In fact, I've never even bothered to learned how to program my vehicle car radio or phone. I've used my CRV as a truck for hauling, camping and all around vehicle transport. It has never let me down and I would buy another one if needed.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Absolute pleasure doing business with Trev and Ben. To be honest I absolutely hate all of the shady tactics that most car dealers employ. Most other dealerships I spoke to gave me the come in and let's see what we can do. Trev sent me a price quote by email on the vehicle I was interested in with everything listed. I stopped in to test drive the vehicle and to get a price on my trade in (which they were very fair with). My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

Bob was honest. He gave us a great deal on a truck. No haggling or spending hours at the dealership. Very easy and pleasant experience!
