I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

My overall experience with Classic Elite was very good! The people were great. My service advisor was Holly Widman and she was great to work with. The only drawback was the time it took.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

November 07, 2024 I had an incredible experience with my salesman, Henry Reece, at Gillman Honda. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the price of my new car — a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport — and the value of my trade-in. I can be a demanding customer. I was thrilled with the all-electric vehicle that I traded in, which put me in a position of strength since I didn't need a new car. However, my curiosity about hybrid cars led me to explore this option due to the limitations of electric vehicles in Texas. After spending 20 years in California, where electric cars are standard, I found that Texas is lagging in electric car charging stations. Initially, I intended to look for a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport since it was the end of the year, and dealerships typically offer great discounts on last year's models. To my surprise, Henry did not hear my request for a 2024 model and instead had me test drive the 2025 Accord. Initially, I thought I would have to go to my other nearby Honda dealership with a 2024 model available at a great price. However, Henry managed to secure a discount on the 2025 Accord that was only about $200 more than the 2024 model. Why not choose the newer option? Henry also worked hard to match the trade-in value offered by another dealership and negotiated the price until it fell within my comfortable range. Ultimately, I paid around $15,000 for the car, making it an excellent deal. There was a slight hiccup in the finance department; I found it strange that with so many employees around, none were assisting customers. Fortunately, a manager noticed I had been waiting for about 30 minutes and promptly offered to help me. He was very friendly and ensured I was cared for immediately, which he did! The finance person I worked with was outstanding; he was efficient and knowledgeable without applying heavy sales pitches for extra items. I didn't want any add-ons since I knew my credit score was in the top 6% of Americans, so my creditworthiness was not a concern. The only issue was the wait to be attended to, but everything went perfectly once I had the manager's attention. Overall, my experience at Gillman Honda was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier. They provided everything I wanted. Despite being a demanding customer, price is always my bottom line. I usually pay cash, but I've learned that financing can help boost my credit score. I typically pay off any loan within 3 to 6 months, which raises my score from an already impressive 836 to even higher levels. I am thrilled and satisfied with my beautiful new car, which I purchased at a great price with excellent customer service. I genuinely appreciate Henry for being patient with me during the process. This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).
