Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I was selling my 2017 Forester XT to buy an e-bike to commute with instead and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Shawn came to my home, looked over all the paperwork, took a test drive and wrote me a check. He even allowed me to use the car to deposit the check! What a guy!!! Check cleared no problem and the car was picked up two days later at my convenience. Shawn gave me a price over KBB as well as Carvana and with the difference it paid for my bike along with the Colorado rebate. Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

I bought the car new with 45,000 mi and in 3.5 years have put on 52,000 more miles, so about to cross 100,000 miles. In my time of ownership I have only put in gas, oil changes, new tires, and changed the filters. Everything else works flawlessly every time. The all-wheel drive system is impressive and once got me to a location that all three guys in pickup trucks following me had to park their trucks in the middle of the mud trail while I reached the destination at the top of the hill. I average 27 mpg and have more than enough pep to pass people on 55 mph highways quickly. The cargo area is surprisingly large with the rear seats folded down And so this is our preferred vehicle for long trips with our two big dogs!

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car
