Used Honda CR-V for sale near Dowagiac, MI under $50,000

Started our adventure on Thursday july 25th over at gates toyota on Ireland rd for their tent sale. as my son was looking to buy his 1st vehicle. Encountered a young man by the name Of Jeremy Hicks. and when all was said and done my son drove a 2007 Dodge Dakota 4x4 off the lot Saturday the 27th. Thanks Jeremy you and then Lucas you made his 1st buy a very pleasurable one.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Very respectful and answered all of my concerns . The service staff was very helpful and pleasant! I work in the care field and really needed a car to drive while my recall was being done

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

OLD-FASHIONED WE REALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE: I want to give a shout out today to Walt Sicard Car Company (South Haven) and Ridley?s Automotive repair (Pullman.). On New Year?s Day Gene and I found ourselves in South Haven with rapidly failing truck brakes. As we drove around trying to find a repair business that was open we found ourselves getting more and more desperate as the grinding and vehicle shaking increased. No one was open. Finally we headed toward home (quite afraid we would not make it and be stranded on the side of the roadway in the cold and snow) and when we saw the ?open? sign at Ridley?s Automotive Repairs on 109th St. near our Pullman home. We pulled in. Mr. Ridley scheduled our repair for the following day and gave us a ride home. When I spoke to Walt Sicard the following day, I explained the situation and that we had had our brakes, calipers and shoes replaced at The Sicard Service Center on 1-4-16, not yet meeting the one year warranty. Walt listened carefully and took it from there. He spoke to Mr. Ridley and they worked out the situation to our satisfaction. Walt made this situation right in the old fashioned way that businesses used to do years ago when customer service was a priority and your customers were the number one importance. We bought our used Subaru at Walt Sicard's Car Company a little over a year ago and have been 100 % satisfied. We have been buying our tires and getting our truck repairs done at the Sicard?s Service Center this past year and with the exception of these failing brakes (due I am sure to a failure in the equipment) we have been 100% satisfied. We could not be more please at how we have been consistently treated by Walt Sicard. I highly recommend his employees, his auto center and his service center. I took my venue to your dealership because the cruise control was not working. Your techs quickly figured out that it was some error codes left over from some work I had done to the car. They cleared codes and replaced a couple of fuses and had me in and out of the shop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

I had been shopping for a replacement car for several months. After trying at least 5 different dealerships, mainly in Michigan, I found a Passat listed for sale at Gurley Leep Motorwerks. I test drove two of them but decided against both. Joel must have paid attention to what I was looking for and my desired budget. He contacted me about a Passat they brought back in off of a lease agreement and let me see it before it was all cleaned up. None of the other dealerships gave me this type of consideration. It turns out this other Passat was exactly what I wanted, and Gurley Leep worked with me to get it to fit into my desired price range. I am a VERY happy/satisfied customer. I keep my cars for an average of 10 years, but I will definitely come back here when I need to get a vehicle. Dear reader: highest recommendation! And I don't give that rating very often.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

We went in with very tight criteria for an affordable reliable car and we were not disappointed. Nathan listened to what I wanted, directed me right to the vehicle I ended up buying, and was fun and patient during the whole process. He was transparent with the car's history and fair with the negotiating. I will be back when we go to shop for another vehicle and I would recommend going to see Nathan for your next purchase.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

And all of my adult life I have never had such a great experience with a car dealership. Greg came out and seen that I ever having trouble starting the truck that I was looking at and instead of messing with it he just put a brand new duralast Gold series battery in it and 20 in gas to go for my test drive. Honest friendly helpful the mechanic from their shop even came out and sprayed stuff on the new battery terminal so they wouldn't corrode class act I give him 10 Stars if I could

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.
