Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Over all great experience (again) this was the 3rd or 4th car purchased with them and we will be using them when we decide to trade ours in. Absolutely loved working with Lamar. He listens and gets you what you want and doesn’t try to put you in something you don’t like and will try everything possible to keep you in your budget and price range. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I unfortunately had a replace a 2022 CRV that was totaled with 2026 CRV EX that I love too so far. There is the same Honda quality with some improvements over the 2022 (like a wireless phone charger and more room). All around great vehicle that is a joy to drive! The only thing I miss about the 2022 is the classy wood paneling.

Let me tell you about Economy Honda. Josh and Dustin made this the easiest and most stress free experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I bought the EXL and I'm loving it. Traded a 2025 Tucson hybrid, and I don't regret it. The interior quality is really good, it drives smoothly and I find the seats more comfortable than the Tucson hybrid. So far, I've had zero problems with CarPlay/infotainment system. I miss the satellite radio built into the car but the Sirius app on my phone works pretty well. Affordable to fill up w/gas as well. It has memory seats, moon roof, digital gauge cluster screen, blind spot monitoring, which is helpful as well as some other safety features. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that acceleration from a stop is a bit slower than a hybrid. Once you get going , the turbo works great though. Handles curves and hills quite well. However, I'm also not worried 24/7 about the temperature outside and how it will affect the batteries on a hybrid or if I don't drive the car for a few days, I know the gas version is going to start. I'm not concerned about the car losing power a few years down the line, because the batteries may need a replacement and how much that could cost. Peace of mind is a very comforting factor. So far, I love my new Honda CRV.

I stopped in to look at a used truck and met with Brad who spent lots of time sharing information about the vehicle and comparisons with other vehicles in the same class he seemed very knowledgeable and yet was comfortable to talk to with no high pressure gimmicks....after the sale Brad took the time to show me how to operate controls on vehicle and programmed the blue tooth for my cell phone...I was impressed with the amount of service and maintenance they had done to vehicle including new timing belt, water pump and all fluids and filters replaced ....I recommend Brad and this dealership 😁

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

We bought ours used and it had been in an accident and not fixed up properly. Mechanical issues with front end suspension and drive train components needed repairs more then once. No transmission issues however. CV joints and bearings, loud squeezing from the rear suspension bushings drove us crazy. Good mechanics are so rare here in Philippines.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Max A. took his time to answer questions and really cared for me to have the best customer service. Previously I had gone to another dealership and treated me like I was not elite enough to buy from them. So going to University Motors after that was a total change. All the employees were polite, respectful, humble and full of smiles!

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I bought Honda CRV 2024 and been pleasure to own this car as its my first time! The color is unique and powertrain works fabulous. Since i bought this recently have not driven the car much but i can sense its gonna go long with us. Still have to get familiar with all those lots of features of course however i just wish there was a fog light too for convivence specially driving at night or rough weather. Over all nothing compares Honda and its flawlessness...giving it a big thumps up!

I purchased this vehicle the first year that Honda came out with the CRV. My boyfriend was a Honda Mechanic at the dealership where I purchased it & he did all the scheduled maintenance. And scheduled maintenance was the only thing I had to do the 4+ years I owned it. Once I paid it off, I’d had it 4 1/2 to 5 year’s & I’d put over 100k on it. I traded it for a new Honda Element. I’ll never forget the 45 minute drive home in the Element…. My 5 year old daughter cried hysterically the entire drive because I had traded our CRV. Turned out the Honda Element, seemed roomier but really wasn’t. Only seated 4, which ended up being a problem. We absolutely LOVED our 1997 CRV & have owned 3 more since! This Is a well made, mechanically sound vehicle!
