CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

Came in to turn in the old lease. Wife wanted to go from a sub-compact Scion iA to a Rav4 midsize suv. Mike McGinness helped us find exactly what she could afford! No sales gimmicks from anyone. The sales Manager Stephanie came out and greeted us while we looked at some vehicles in the showroom. Simply thanked us for coming in and was excited for us. Wife’s anxiety and hunger got the best of her, so Mike was ok with me letting her test drive to our house to drop her off and take a closer look at the new Rav4. Came back, picked one out and worked out some numbers that she was able to afford. Even though it was closing time at that point, Randy Miles, the leasing manager got all the paperwork ready for her to sign. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Not sure why people get wound up sometimes about dealerships. Its a big purchase and it’s great to have knowledgeable people helping you along the way. Going to pick up the new Rav4 LE AWD tomorrow! If you come ready to buy, know where you stand and do some price research, you will have a great experience. Toyota’s are solid vehicles. Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Steve found me a dream car that I had been looking for. This "used" car is like spanking brand new. Being a dialysis patient I needed a remote start and warm seats. Steve is knowledgeable about dialysis as he also has a family member on dialysis and he understood exactly what I was talking about. We want to shop in Elwood and his honesty with his customers is why we always go back to Steve. He makes it happen. When we went to the lot to see this car for the first time, he was smiling and said " I found you a dandy" Indeed he did!

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Friendly staff, Song was my sales person and he had all the information I needed for the car I chose. He was informative and kind. He quickly got me through the process and after test driving the car I loved it.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).

Linda at Tom Woods dealership in the service department was excellent! Not only that my oil was changed but it got pint inspection. And to top it all off my car got washed. Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.
