I had one small issue that I realized after I got home, and even though the sale was complete, they still followed up with me right away and guided me through the process. I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

I returned almost two months following service they provided, because of an issue with the service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was even introduced to Mr. Castrucci, who made certain I was taken care of quick and comfortably. A communication error occurred, and Mr. Castrucci stood behind his commitment to my satisfaction. They graciously and generously went above what I expected and without my asking. I have had great service on several previous occasions and was always nicely treated. I would not hesitate to return again.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.
